The session will explore breathwork, movement, and relaxation, aiming to provide a gentle stretch and a deep connection with yourself, checking in with the mind and emotions as you move, helping you to feel your best. This session will leave you feeling relaxed, recharged, and revived, and will share with you all the amazing benefits yoga has to offer! 😃 The session is open to beginners and more experienced practitioners alike, but is designed to be suited to those who are new to yoga, or returning after some time off 🤗
