Class Waiver
By booking a class, you accept The waiver outlined below.
Waiver
I hereby agree to the following terms and conditions:
I am participating in a session (class, workshop or retreat) offered by Vibes, during which I will receive information and instructions: e.g. breathing techniques, meditation, physical exercise and verbal and physical adjustments. I knowingly, voluntarily, and expressly waive any claim I may have against the instructor or Vibes for injury, or damages that I may sustain as a result of participating in these sessions.

I understand that Vibes does not advise yoga to be practised following 14 weeks of pregnancy, and that they have to right to refuse entry to a session on these grounds. In these circumstances a refund will not be given. Both the Yoga & Sound Bath and the Pre-natal yoga classes are suitable for those who are pregnant.

​If I am pregnant, I understand that I participate fully at my own risk and that of my unborn child/children.

I recognise that exercise requires physical exertion, which may be strenuous and may result in physical injury, and I am fully aware of the risks and hazards involved.
I warrant that I am physically fit, and I have no medical condition which would prevent my full participation in the session. I am fully responsible for my own well-being (physical, mental, emotional) during the session and will only practice at my own pace. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult a physician prior to and regarding my participation in sessions offered by Vibes.

Cancellation – I understand that Vibes does not offer cancellation or refunds for sessions. In the event that a session is cancelled by Vibes, I will receive a refund for the missed session.
Rescheduling - I understand that rescheduling is only possible for the same session type at a later date and I can do so by logging into my online account; it is not possible to reschedule from one session type to another. I understand a minimum of 18 hours notice before the session is due to start must be given to reschedule.

I have read the above waiver of liability and fully understand it's contents. I voluntarily agree to the terms and conditions stated above under my own free will.
