Terms and Conditions

Please read our Terms and Conditions as they constitute our legal contract with you.

By booking classes, pop-ups, courses, workshops, Cermonies or retreats with us you are confirming you have read the Terms and agree to be bound by them. Please also refer back to these Terms from time to time as they may change at any time (and we reserve the right to do so). 


In these conditions the following expressions have the following meanings:
  • “Vibes” is Good Vibes Group, trading as Vibes

  • “the Customer” any person or firm or company dealing with Vibes or any servant or employee of such a person firm or company

  • “Services” shall include all studio facilities and the services of assistants, technicians, operators any personnel of Vibes or of any sub-contractor of the Company

  • “Equipment” all studio fixtures and other equipment provided by Vibes or by its nominated sub-contractors

  • “Studio” and "venue" the premises of Vibes for the time being where the services and equipment are provided

Vibes reserve the right to alter and amend our pricing, timetable, and website content at any time.

If you access and use our website, you accept and agree to our terms and conditions as outlined below.

All bookings must be paid for in advance.


  • All session must be booked and paid for online prior to the commencement of the session

  • You must arrive at least 5 mins before the Session is scheduled to start. 

  • The door to the studio is at the time that the Session is due to start and we cannot grant access after this time. For evening Sessions, the main door is locked 5 minutes before the start of the Session, and we cannot grant access after this time.

  • If you arrive less than 5 minutes before the start of the Session, then we reserve the right to refuse you access to the Session and to give your place to another student.

  • All Sessions are subject to availability, and whilst we try to ensure that suitable numbers and types of Sessions are available, we cannot guarantee that you will be able to book any particular Session.

  • If a Session is fully booked then you may either: (i) attempt to book an alternative, available Session; or (ii) join a waiting list for the fully booked Session via the app. If you are on the waiting list for a fully booked Session and a space becomes available then you ate notified via email or SMS and the space is held for 10 minutes for you, before being offered to the next person on the waiting list.


  • As we are a small business we are unable to offer refunds

  • Single session bookings are non-refundable.

  • If you have a Block or Membership then you may cancel a booking for a yoga class with 16 hours notice, and the session will be credited back to your plan. You must action this yourself via your online account, under 'My Booking'.

  • Pop-up/event/workshop/ceremony bookings are non-refundable.

  • There may be times when we, Vibes, need to cancel a Session. We will always try to avoid having to do this, but if we do cancel a Session then we will send notification of this via email, SMS or telephone. It is the responsibility of the customer who has made the Session booking to be aware of any contact they receive from Vibes notifying that the Session has been cancelled, and we cannot accept any responsibility if these are unread, or are diverted to a Junk Folder. We not accept responsibility for any costs incurred, including travel. If we cancel the session/your booking then we will offer a full refund for the price of the cancelled Session. 


  • You may reschedule a session yourself via your online account at, in the 'My Bookings' section, provided the class type is the same and you are simply rescheduling the date. You must give a minimum of 16 hours notice.

  • It is not currently possible to reschedule from one class type to another


Single session or block session bookings
  • Single session bookings and block bookings have an expiry date, starting from the date in which they are purchased, as outline on our Pricing Plans page

  • Single session bookings, block bookings and memberships are to be used by the purchaser only, they are non-transferable and cannot be shared.

  • Session passes are valid for regular Sessions only, and are not valid on workshops

  • If you need to suspend or extend your pass, please email detailing the circumstances 2 weeks before the expiry of your pass. Any decision to suspend or extend a pass is at the Manager's discretion.


  • Memberships are valid for Sessions only

  • Memberships require payment to be debited from your payment card on approximately the same day each month.

  • If your payment is unsuccessful on the payment date, we will email you to notify you of the unsuccessful payment. If after 48 hours of notice being given, payment has still not been made, then your membership will be cancelled and any existing (but unpaid) bookings for Sessions or any new Sessions you book will be charged at the applicable pay-as-you-go, standard rate. 

  • Your membership pass will renew every 28 days (4 weeks).

  • To cancel your membership you must submit your request in writing to, giving 2 months notice.

  • We may be able to freeze/pause a membership if you contact us to request this, but this is down to the Manager's discretion. It is not possible to pause your membership for any longer than 3 weeks.

  • Memberships cannot be shared and are non-transferable and or refundable.

  • We may offer discounts on retail purchases or free products/rewards with certain membership or session types. These rewards are set out on the pricing page on our website, or advertised on our social media. We reserve the right to remove or change these rewards from time to time.

  • If we plan to increase the price of your membership, then we will write to you via email, giving a minimum of 2 months notice.


Gift Cards

You can purchase a gift card with a custom amount of your choice that can be redeemed against any of the pricing options listed above as long as your account meets the requirements for that membership/session type. Wix currently does not offer the functionality for gift card holders to check their gift card balance, but this can be confirmed by contacting Gift cards are non-refundable.


Retail Purchases

As we are a small business, we cannot offer any refunds on items purchased within our retail sections.  


Promotional Offers

From time to time we may run various promotions, prize draws and other offers (each a Promotion). We may implement separate terms and conditions in respect of any such Promotion, and will advise you accordingly where this is the case. However, notwithstanding this:


a) we reserve the right to end any promotion without warning at any time;

b) we also reserve the right to withdraw your right to any Promotion if we consider, in our absolute discretion, that you have abused, misused or gained an unfair advantage in respect of the Promotion. Misuse includes, but is not limited to, the creation of multiple customer accounts and self-referral; 

c) additionally, we reserve the right to not fulfil any future Sessions bookings made by any customer found to have abused, misused or gained an unfair advantage in respect of the Promotion; and 

d) any prizes offered by us in connection with a Promotion must be claimed within the stated time period we announce at the time. 

e) We reserve the right to substitute any prize or promotion for the equivalent value in Sessions at any given time.

Discount codes

From time to time we may make discount codes available to you, and your use of any such discount codes shall be subject to additional terms and conditions, which we will make you aware of at the time of use. Discount codes may only apply to certain Sessions and we will set this out in our applicable promotional communications. In the event that Sessions booked using a discount code are cancelled, the relevant Session will be cancelled in accordance with the terms above. In addition:


A) we reserve the right to end or withdraw any Discount Code without warning at any time;


B) we also reserve the right to withdraw your right to use any Discount Code if we consider, in our absolute discretion, that you have abused, misused or gained an unfair advantage in respect of the Discount Code; and


C) additionally, we reserve the right to not fulfil any future Sessions bookings made by any customer found to have abused, misused or gained an unfair advantage in respect of the Discount Code.

Workshops, pop-ups, EVENTS, retreats & courses
  • We cannot offer refunds for Workshops, pop-ups, events, retreats & courses

  • If Vibes cancels a course/workshop you will be offered either a full refund or the option of being transferred to an alternative event.

  • We cannot offer refunds for missed sessions.


Studio and venue Hire
  • We require full payment to secure your booking.

  • Cancellations cannot be refunded.

  • Vibes will insure the Studios and Equipment against all normal insurable risks but not further or otherwise. The Customer must effect its own insurance cover against consequential loss of profit and other Risks and must effect its own cover against loss, damage or theft of any of its own equipment brought onto the studio. Under no circumstances will Vibes entertain any claims arising out of any failure of the Customer to effect its own insurance cover. The Customer must ensure that their Public Liability insurance is operative for all persons in the studio during the hours of use to cover any accident, injury or death.

  • The Customer is responsible for any breakages, loss or damage occasioned to the Equipment or the Studio caused by or arising from the Customer use thereof or by any servant agent employee or sub-contractor of the Customer.

  • Customers must ensure that set up and take down time takes place within the hours booked.

  • The Studio is available for the exclusive use of the Customer named in the booking and the Customer is not permitted to sub-contract sub-let or otherwise permit any third party to utilise the Studio without the prior written consent of Vibes.

  • Any materials used in connection with sets constructed by the Customer as well as any rubbish shall be removed from the Studio at the end of the hire period at the expense of the Customer otherwise additional charges will apply.

  • No alterations, decorations or additions to the Studio are permitted without the consent of Vibes. At the end of the hire period the Studio must be surrendered in the same condition that it was in at the start of the hire period. Any costs incurred by Vibes (including cleaning costs) arising out of any breach of this Condition shall be paid by the Customer.

  • The Customer must ensure that any persons under the age of 18 have parents’ or guardians’ permission to be at the studio during the period of studio hire.

  • Noise/Music must be kept to a minimum and reasonable level.


Hire of Services and Equipment
  1. All equipment and services are supplied by Vibes entirely at the risk of the Customer. Vibes shall not be liable for loss or damage of any kind to material or props or equipment entrusted to it however caused including consequential loss and loss of profit.

  2. The Customer must notify Vibes at the time of supply if the condition of any Equipment is not acceptable.

  3. In no circumstances shall Vibes be liable for any loss or damage, including consequential loss, however caused arising out of the use or the inability to use the Equipment supplied or agreed to be supplied

  4. The Customer may not without the written consent of Vibes:

    1. Remove the equipment from the Studio premises; or

    2. modify or alter or tamper with the Equipment in any way; nor

    3. use the Equipment in a manner not recommended by the Manufacturer; nor

    4. allow or suffer the Equipment to be used by any untrained or unauthorised personnel; nor

    5. part with possession sell pledge encumber or suffer any lien to be created on the Equipment.

  5. Vibes shall not be liable for any loss or damage howsoever arising out of any statement advice instruction or any other representation given or made by any servant of Vibes or any other person whose services are supplied to the Customer.

  6. The hire period for services or Equipment cannot be extended otherwise than with the consent of Vibes.

  7. Equipment must be returned promptly at the end of the hire period in good condition (save for fair wear and tear). The Customer shall pay or compensate Vibes for the replacement value of lost or damaged Equipment or in respect of any cancellation or variation of any order or failure to return the Equipment on time.

  8. Equipment and services may be provisionally booked by email/website and the booking should be confirmed within 2 hours.

  9. Bookings may only be extended with the prior consent of Vibes, and must be booked and paid for online at the time of the extension request.


Website, Email & Payment Processing

If you access and use this website, you accept and agree to be bound by and comply with these terms. The Terms are to be read by you together with any terms, conditions or disclaimers provided in the pages of the Site. In the event of any conflict, the terms provided in the pages of the Site will govern. The information, material and content provided in the pages of the Site (the “Information”) may be changed at any time without notice. Changes may be made to the Terms at any time without notice by updating this posting. You agree to review the Terms regularly and your continued access or use of the Site will mean that you agree to any changes.


Internet E-Mail

Any unprotected E-Mail communication over the Internet is, as with communication via any other medium (e.g. cellular phones, post office mail), not confidential, subject to possible interception or loss, and is also subject to possible alteration.


No Endorsements

No endorsement or approval of any third parties or their advice, opinions, information, products or services is expressed or implied by any Information.



Links from or to web sites outside the Site are meant for convenience only. Vibes does not review, endorse, approve or control, and is not responsible for any sites linked from or to the Site, the content of those sites, the third parties named therein, or their products and services. Linking to any other site is at your sole risk and Vibes will not be responsible or liable for any damages in connection with linking. Links to downloadable software sites are for convenience only and Vibes is not responsible or liable for any difficulties or consequences associated with downloading the software. Use of any downloaded software is governed by the terms of the license agreement, if any, which accompanies or is provided with the software.


Payment for Products & Services

All Credit Cards will be processed in Pounds Stirling at the time of payment. Vibes is not responsible for any fees, charges, exchange rates or additional charges levied by individual financial institutions or Credit Card companies.


Health and safety

Many of our Sessions involve physical activity and we recommend that you seek medical advice before attending or participating in a Session (including virtual/online sessions). For your own safety and the safety of others we rely on you using our facilities and premises and participating in our Sessions (including online) in the intended manner and your acceptance of these Terms constitutes your confirmation that you will do so, that you will comply with our reasonable instructions in relation to your attendance at our premises or participation in a Session and that you agree to the content of our Waiver, found on our website.



By booking a session at Vibes, you agree to our Waiver, found on our website. All information on our website is correct to the best of our knowledge at the time of going to press. However, due to circumstances beyond our control, some details may differ to the description. We reserve the right to make any changes to our timetabled Sessions at any time. Vibes try our upmost to provide activities which are safe and supportive to all attendees. However, it is the responsibility of each attendees to look after their own safety as Vibes cannot be responsible for any injuries or illnesses which occur during, or after, our activities. We cannot be responsible for any damage to your belongings whilst stored at Vibes, including any bikes or similar which are left inside or outside of Vibes.


Data protection

The nature of our business and the provision by us of Sessions to you means that we will collect and process certain of your personal data from time to time. We will only do so in accordance with our Privacy Policy found on our website.



We always welcome feedback from Our clients and, whilst We always use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that Your experience as a client of Ours is a positive one, We nevertheless want to hear from You if You have any cause for complaint.
