A slower-paced class to build confidence, strength and flexibility. Ideal for beginners, those returning to yoga, or anyone who prefers a more mindful flow. We focus on simple postures, alignment and mindfulness, to help you move with ease and feel good in your body. This is also a great way to prepare for our other classes as you grow in confidence.
