Pilates, with yoga to warm-up and wind-down. A dynamic, feel-good class that blends the fluidity of yoga with the strength and control of Pilates. A gentle yoga warm-up leads into the main part of the class: Pilates-inspired movement to build core strength, muscle tone, and overall body stability. We finish with a soothing yoga cool-down, to ease stress and tension, leaving you feeling grounded and refreshed. Expect a class that builds your strength and eases your stress. Open to all levels. Exercises are taught with options and progressions, so you can move in a way that feels right for your body.
