Pilates Flow


Service Description

A dynamic, feel-good class that blends the fluidity of yoga with the strength and control of Pilates. We move through a gentle yoga warm-up, before flowing into the main part of the class with Pilates movement to build core strength, muscle tone and support overall body stability. We then finish with a soothing yoga cool down to ease away stress and tension, leaving you feeling grounded and refreshed. Expect a class that builds your strength and eases your stress. Open to all levels. Exercises are taught with options and progressions, so you can move in a way that feels right for your body.
