This experience begins with gentle breathwork and a short guided meditation to help you arrive, soften, and settle. We’ll then tune into sensation — the rhythm of your breath, the feeling of the body resting, and the subtle shifts that come with slowing down. From here, you’ll be guided into a soothing Sound Bath, where the vibrations of gongs, singing bowls, and chimes move through the body, calming the nervous system and inviting deep rest. This is not about doing or fixing — it’s an opportunity to pause, listen, and allow your senses to lead you into stillness, and to restore balance within. Whether you’re new to sound baths or simply craving a quiet, grounding evening, this session offers space to unwind, reset, and reconnect.
