✨ Sound Bath: Rest, Renew & Reawaken ✨ 🗓 Friday 15th May ⏰ 7:00 – 8:30 PM Join us for a candlelit evening designed to help you gently reset after the winter months — restoring energy, softening tension, and bringing a sense of lightness back to body and mind. We’ll begin with gentle breathwork and a short guided meditation to help you arrive, create space, and settle into the body. From here, you’ll be guided through a journalling practise to support self-reflection and reconnect within. Gentle, restorative yoga movement follows, allowing the body to release lingering heaviness and to open to a sense of ease and fresh energy. You’ll then land into a deeply relaxing Sound Bath, where the vibrations of gongs, singing bowls, and chimes move through the body — calming the nervous system while gently restoring energy and balance. This is not about doing or pushing — but about allowing. A softer way to feel renewed, rebalanced, and quietly re-energised as you move into the new season.
