Join us for a soul-soothing candlelit evening designed to offer a gentle breather before the busyness of Christmas truly begins. ✨🌟🕯️ Nestled in the soft glow of fairy lights and candles, this grounding session will help you shake off the end-of-year tension and reconnect with a sense of calm and clarity. We begin with gentle breathwork to balance mind and body, followed by a slow, nourishing restorative yoga practice to release physical tension and guide you inward. 🌿💪🌟 From this place of stillness, you’ll be guided through yoga nidra (yogic sleep) — a powerful practice of conscious rest to help you restore your energy and reset your nervous system. 🧘♀️ 😴 We close with a peaceful shavasana, complete with calming aromatherapy and a soothing head massage, leaving you feeling grounded, rested, and ready to greet the festive days ahead with renewed energy. 🎄🌟 😌 This is your space to gently reflect on the year behind, honour the return of the light, and savour a moment of quiet magic before Christmas. 💫 ❄️ 🙏 No experience needed.
