Service Description
Yin Yoga is a slower, restorative practice designed to help the body shift out of constant “doing mode” and into recovery. In our busy, fast-paced world, this practice offers the time and space we need, to slow down and reset. Simple, floor-based postures are held for longer periods, to work beyond the muscles and into the deeper connective tissues, joints and ligaments, supporting mobility and long-term resilience in the body. The extended stillness also helps regulate the nervous system, which improves sleep, reduces fatigue and creates a deeper sense of calm. Yin complements more active practices such as Pilates, strength training, running and flow yoga by supporting recovery and helping the body return to a more balanced, regulated state. A quiet, grounding class ideal for anyone feeling tight, busy or in need of space to slow down.
