There is nothing better than the gift of yoga, so welcoming beginners means the world to us. Yoga focuses on mobility and breathing to boost physical and mental wellbeing, and so any time is the perfect time to start! We will guide you through, showing you how to get the most out of your time on the mat, and how to tailor your yoga practise to get the maximum benefit for you. This can be enjoyed both as an ad-hoc class or taken weekly to form a course.
