Service Description

We flow through our yoga class with a particular focus on improving core strength, flexibility, and balance. You'll enjoy a good flow through a creatively sequenced class, really moving around the mat and working into all areas of the body. We give lots of options in poses, allowing you to safely explore your range, and build on your confidence with trying new postures. A safe, supportive, and engaging class, perfect for those looking to further develop their physical yoga practise. This class welcomes participants of all levels, including beginners. We provide options and modifications throughout the practice, making it accessible to everyone.
