Yin & Yang Yoga

Service Description

Beginning with breathing exercises to centre ourselves, we drift into a sequenced yoga flow, moving through postures to build heat within the body, build strength and tone and to find what feels good. Encouragement is given to release the surround as we move into the second part of the class, Yin Yoga - a slower paced style where we hold the postures for longer, finding we can breathe deeper into the stretch to improve our flexibility. Calming the body, we progress to a guided meditation with optional head and foot massage to aid in true relaxation. This class welcomes participants of all levels, including beginners. We provide options and modifications throughout the practice, making it accessible to everyone.
